at an 82 game pace JP outpaces both Kase and engvall and that's not even considering that this was considered to be a down year and he was elite defensively. Oilers are not giving JP for a fringe 3rd liner and a 4th liner that will cost a combined 5+mil at the very least with Both having tricky Arb rights cases with them as well. JP is by far the best player in the deal and it makes no sense as a hockey trade both in player quality coming back and cap implications.

Puljujarvis pace was 0.55 ppg. Kases 0.54 ppg. Engvalls 0.44. Not that far off

then you account for defensive play and the gap gets wide real quick
