Can't trade someone to have them be bought out and resigned at a lower hit. Caps barely got away with it with Orpik and the league said it can't happen again

What rumbling have you seen about Necas for JP? Because from everything I have seen it would only take a third to get JP (Spector), and Necas is being dangled out there for a defenseman. Not trying to be combative just curious if you saw something I missed?
