Description

I'm going against conventional wisdom. I'm going to overhaul the D to be bigger, more physical, and ideally younger and possibly cheaper.

I did not like the way they played against NYR, allowing 4, 5, 6 goals in their last three losses. Of course, Anderson being healthy will help, but we need to be harder to play against.

I'll then focus on getting more offense, but not panic here as I expect Svech, KK, Necas, Jarvis, Drury to all produce more considering they are all 23 years old or younger.

The trade targets aren’t bad but giving up skjei is not the answer

He's good....but I didn't like how he looked in the playoffs and I think he's a bit overpaid. So using him to get a long term answer as a QB on the PP in Chychrun seems like a good risk to take.

Vegas decline no value there for a good young LHD
Not the worse Chychrun trade but I think they would want a high pick (CBJ)
No way Zadorov and Hagg get those deals

I’d improve the picks offered to Vegas. They have a lot of good young D, they need to clear some out without taking on salary.

Are you saying it’s too high for Zadorov and Hagg as well as Vatrano?

I tend to go high as I’m accounting for the competition that comes in FA
