Calgary isn't paying to move Monahan. It will be like the Schmidt trade if you want him

The thing with having all that cap space is that teams will pay us to take contracts, in no scenario do the Ducks give up positive value for a contract, especially not a second for Craig Smith

Not sure if Calgary will be interested, but how about combining two trades? Monahan and a 5th for Smith and a prospect or a pick? Also, I don't think Nosek can be moved, he's a bit overpaid for what he brings and Lazar is gonna cost the Bs a bit more than that, probably a contract very similar to Nosek. While I like Lazar more, I don't see them swinging it.
