This lineup is EASILY a playoff team NUFD

Line 1a
Put the two most offensively creative forwards with the Cat and watch the magic happen.

Line 1b
This line was outstanding down the stretch last season. Now they will actually have support with quality lines around them.

Line 3
The speed, defensive responsibility, and offensive touch of this line will combine for one of the best 3rd lines in the league. Any one of these players can hop into the top 6 if needed. This line is probably better than any 2nd line we've had in a long time.

Line 4
Solid role line. Throw in reps for Kastelic, Greig, and other belleville players

Powerplay
Yes - 5 forward powerplay should be seriously considered here. Chucky at net front, Dcat and Norris on the halfwalls, Drake running the bumper and down low, and timmy as QB at the top. That is dangerous

2nd unit will actually be watchable for once with Chabby/Sanderson running the show up top and Brown feeding Pinto for the One T on the left halfwall

Gotta leave room for Giroux. I really think that's coming. LeBrun said he sees them as a serious contender and said that he thinks the DeBrincat bombshell is a big signal to free agents that the Sens are serious.

Also his wife posted an insta story with her son holding a Sens puck, for whatever that's worth lol.

Outside Goaltending this looks like a really strong team actually
If im OTT i step up and pay Kuemper

Murray's Term is at a point he'll be easier to move
RS is a lot more managable which puts Murray in a Cap range where he's playing at

Keumper/Forsberg could be a great tandem
Murray though wont work in tandem with Forsbeg unless OTT is gunning for the Badard pick too

Also if we added Giroux, I would go with a more balanced powerplay approach instead of the 5 top forwards on PP1

Still a lot of draft left tonight. I wouldn't be shocked to see Ottawa move again tonight. I think Brown is probably gone this summer.

Yeah this forward group feels special. I really think this is a group they can win with. But add Giroux and it might be the most talented forward group Ottawa has ever had.
