Staying competitive during cap hell

Description
GMBG probably sees the true window starting right after the cap hell years are done, starting in '25. But, because of our prospect depth, especially on defense, the Wild should just leave things status quo the next three years.
JT Miller Trade uses Fiala as comp as well as a couple opinions from brief articles read around comp contract extensions. The majority of people thought the Wild would get a better return for Fiala than they ended up with, which is what will happen for the Canucks with JT Miller. I'd be flexible with which exact picks are used in the deal, but more so flexible with the prospects as there is much greater variability in how scouts/GM's value those vs picks. (opinions of a prospects NHL changes vary greatly compared to the value of the 15th OA pick, for examplt)

JT Miller signs a 6x$8.5yr extension, which is the deciding factor in who wins this trade. The best return for the Canucks will be from a team that Miller agrees to sign an extension with, exactly how the Fiala situation played out (imho). Flexible on the Prospect included, too. Only 'untouchables' the Wild have I feel would be Rossi and Wallstedt.
Also, I threw AZ in on the trades for Talbot, Kulikov, and Jost trades. they can easily happen and the actual partners/returns aren't that relevant. (a special apology to all Yotes fans on here...seeing your team logo on so many proposed ACGM's must be frustrating when 90% of them are all dumps)

Next year, when JT Miller Cap hit goes up by 3.25m, and Boldy gets bridge deal at 3.5m (a 2.5m increase), the Wild will stay competitive by replacing Dumba with Addison/Faber (saving 5m against cap), and replacing Gaudreau with Swaney (saving another 500k). Both of which would cover the cap increase needed for JT and Boldy (without including what will probably be another 1m salary cap increase for all NHL teams).

Canucks pass. They don’t need Lambos as they are set at LD. They probably want a 2023 1st or equivalent young player instead of a 2024 1st as well

Minnesota under Guerin aren't paying for a rental. You can't sign Miller as you stated, because Minnesota need cap to fill roster, resign boldy and resign Beckman and Rossi following season

Thank you, both, for clearly having read the ACGM description.....
