1st, good prospect as a starting point.

A cost controlled top 6 winger that has proven scoring ability and a kicker. Chiarot an absolutely awful dman gets an unprotected 1st a 4th and a prospect and you think a 24 yr old guy locked up long term capable of playing top pairing is worth a 2nd and 2 3rds. That’s criminal.

Girard for Necas. The deal is 1 for 1. And everybody goes home happy.

God, Trochek feels good here. If you could lock up Byram on a 3/4 year bridge, you’d have a 5 year window set.

Might want a pick in addition because of the contract situation but that sure works for the framework of a deal.

After the season Necas just had, Carolina would need to add. I like Necas though, much closer than this thread’s proposal.

I like Trochek a lot for the Avs I think he would go off.
