Cool. The Cogliano, Helm, O'Connor line was really good in the playoffs, and they get to stay together one more year. It's next year when the cap gets messy, so I don't mind the little extra over what he probably should get.

$1.25m is what I had him getting, figured he'd go back to COL but I was hoping there was a chance he would sign in his home province with the Jets!

Two great signings by Colorado. Helm and Manson are the kind of depth that are required for Stanley Cups.

I'm a little iffy on the Manson signing, but just because I don't know how the address 2C. Seems there are still lots of balls in the air, and if thus means Girard is moved then I think that's a mistake. We'll see what happens.

Rantanen played C for 20 or so games last year and did a pretty good job, something to keep in mind

I know that. One of my acgms has Rantanen becoming the permanent 2C (or at least until Newhook takes the job). It's not the worst option.

In any case, if signing Manson means losing either Kadri or Girard then I think it's fair to question whether it was the best course of action.
