I think AZ (bad contract graveyard) or ANA (young, willing to take on a risk, and with stupid amounts of cap space) would be better targets.

What is the hold up with Kadri? I imagine it’s either

(a) a team trying to make cap space (NYI?)
(b) a team waiting clarity from RFA (CGY?)
(c) he just wants to be woo’ed a bit longer
