I can't imagine that Rob Blake's first priority as GM of the LA Kings is to pick up two players that push them extremely close to the cap. They have 16 players signed for next season, and have $10 mil to fill those other roster spots. I'd imagine a good chunk of that will be sent re-signing Tyler Toffoli.
