I don’t see how you can build a package for Puljujvari around two guys who are way older than him. I think that’s a non starter for Edmonton.

Kapanen is turning 26 next week. How’s that “way older”? Also who cares about their age? Edmonton wants to win a cup not build for the future

I don’t think this package makes Edmonton better in the short run or the long run. It doesn’t make sense for Edmonton to trade a younger player for multiple veterans.

Zucker is a good player when healthy. Much better than pool party. His health is a gamble but saying he sucks just isn’t accurate

I like this option a lot, maybe you have to add a third round pick to make up the value difference between Kap and Pool Party. Also I don't know if it's good business to extend a player during the season then trade him in the off-season. I think Puljujarvi is a great fit for the second line while not having to make room by moving one of Petty or Dumo. Bottom six looks pretty rough though.
