Sandin would seem like an out of place piece here. Maybe it’s that we just moved Ty Smith.

The cap doesn't work. 20 man roster, Miles will get 2.975, Zetterlund and Bo might be a bit cheaper, Bratt might be a bit more. But next year is the real issue with Shango and Sieg's raises.

I don't see how a Tkachuk trade can work while keeping Bratt.

Why would the Leafs trade Sandin + picks for Severson? Sandin is younger, cheaper, under team control for longer and already (or will be soon) better imo.
