Have to imagine the consensus among Habs fans would be a no, though. Fans value the guys on their teams more usually. I wouldn't do it from a Devils perspective, although Caufield's goal scoring ability is appealing. Would have to imagine he'd constantly be pushing towards 40 goals each year in his prime with a center like Hughes.

Yes I’m probably some outcast to most of them for suggesting this but the 2023 draft is probably the best draft since 2003. I’d love to get another lottery pick even if it’s 15-18 range.

Yes we are and I’d love to add another 1st in the 15-18 range on top of that. Florida’s 1st is also ours but let’s be honest that’ll be late
