I would understand not trading him, I appreciate getting a kings fan perspective. In a hypothetical world what do you think the cost would be?

Probably a mid-to-late 1st round pick and a B prospect.

The only thing the Kings really need is a LHD, and Detroit doesn't really have anything enticing to offer, unless they're willing to part with Simon Edvinsson.

Our defense is set for the coming season, unless a top LD suddenly becomes more available than he has been so far this off-season.
