Its just cuz they are also taking McGinn back so its as if they are paying McGinn $4.5M essentially.

They have the space and aren't necessarily contending rn. I mean they could but they aren't trying to. They are trying to gradually get better. Honestly I dont think it's too bad

Maybe 4 years ago, now you gotta pay premium assets to unload contracts. I don’t even think they accept without sending Tanev the other way. So that’s quite far
