Pretty hefty price for Crouse.. why not just play macdermid on the 4th line

Crouse is looking like another Nuke and I think AZ gets him on a long term deal under $4M this summer.

Yes and maybe. Its gonna be 3-4 years until Arizona contends, Crouse will be 28/29 and looking for his last big deal. Who knows if Crouse wants to stick around and do that.

I thought I read where Armstrong had a high opinion of Crouse. If the Avs can get him on a cheap deal, it might be worth it. Long term, he'll price himself off the team

Crouse sucks. But yeah let’s overpay for the big guy who doesn’t always play big, has one career 20 goal season and 30+ pt season all last year on a career high shooting percentage.
