The Jets can't afford to take back an extra 6 mil of deadweight salary. Especially without being compensated to do so.

Winnipeg declines easily. They have to bring in 6M of dead cap in Foligno and Smith (which they should be paid to do so). Scheifele is worth more than DeBrusk, Carlo and a first since he’s a great player on a great contract. Why would Winnipeg be willing to take on extra cap to get rid of Scheifele?

Ewww hell no to Scheifele. Guy is overhyped as hell and part of the problem in WPG. Stay as far away from that clown as possible.
