NYR Paid 2nd and 3rd round pick to ARI to get rid of Nemeth Top 6 D man on a cup contender. If EDM wants to do the same with Foegele expect to pay up the same to CHI.

No one is interested in making cap favors. Burying cap doesn't come for free.

I'm not sure it would. CHI are tanking hard. And have no need to acquiring Foegele at all. Unless (I would guess at least a 2nd round pick)

That what I would do. Not that many teams with the cap to take on contracts. I would say a 2nd and a 3rd or don't call me if I was CHI GM.

That is just playing the hand that is there. The way the market looks right now

Sufficient to get us through the year, we are not likely to be competitive, so I see no reason to give up a pick to clear out needed cap space for a divisional rival.
