I'd do the Arizona deal but what if Ladd doesn't retire? I know there are reports he's been considering it, but it's not a guarantee yet (as far as I'm aware?).

I also don't think Kadri will get 7 years, but kinda besides the point. In any case, I feel like having him play the wing might actually hurt us in the long run because he'd be learning a new position potentially be less effective.

If Kadri is signed someone is going to have to learn a new position , I know brock played wing before but I believe Kardi is a quick learner and could maybe become the scoring winger we need. Like I said I think Kardi will be an above average player (never the best) at what ever role you give him and if we sign him long term he is going to have to play wing at sometime kardi just want to win , don't think he would be hung up on playing center if he is getting paid
