Description

This team still has some holes but for right now they look solid. All 4 lines look like they can be hard to play against. A lot of solid two way players that have a mix of everything on every line. The defence still could use more improvements. I’m not sure what the plan is for them. Nick Holden would be a very solid cheap LHD to trade for. I don’t know too much about Montour or Forsling except they put up some solid offensive numbers. Del Zotto could be decent. All I know is Gudas is a big time hitter with defensive upside.

Duclair is LTIR bound and Själin gets dropped. They're under the cap, but barely. And they don't have the funds to activate Duclair when he's healthy so to an extent they're f*cked.

Being 3 million over the cap when duclair returns is hardly "****ed"... Teams have had much worse cap situations swept under the rug

Point being, they're forced to do a trade of some kind, and dumping assets at this time is more expensive than usual

It wouldn’t make much sense to put Duclair on LTIR even though he’s going to miss a few months. They’ll have to make some trades to also improve the team. I don’t think that defence will last long. They gotta make improvements. They can roll with who they got in top 6 but not top 4 in my eyes. Their best defencemen in the top 4 is Ekblad obviously. I don’t know how Montour is defensively. Same with Forsling. They had some good offensive numbers. But all I know is they got slapped around left and right by Tampa Bay.
