Description

Well, it seems like Price is done and this is the beginning of a new era.

We have obviously too many wingers, and a big hole at RD. Primeau has also some question marks and will need to dominate in AHL this year.

Savard doesn't seem to fit in team's plans for the future, and we only have Barron and Mailloux. With all of our picks and depth in the system, we should try to trade for a young RD, even if we have to overpay. Doesn't need to be this season, could be next year after the draft.

Here are some top tier candidates (of course the return would have to be huge) :

The starting price would obviously begin with at least a 1st and an A prospect filling the team's needs, and either another pick or a roster player. What are your thoughts?

No need to do that now. Let’s see what comes from this season and next draft. One more year of development will show us more of what we have in Guhle, Mailloux and Barron. Also, another year contracts run off of some of the bigger ones.

Just let this rebuild/retool breathe. Not everything needs to happen now and I think we can give ourselves another year and draft before rushing into getting a RD.

Ok but im still against overpaying. Just be patient with this…no need to overpay either.
