Robbery on potential for Leason, Protas, and Alexeyev

Robbery in which way?

For me, I had a tough time on those. As a Caps fan, I think our prospects are great (bias I know). I was trying to come at it from the EA NHL angle that always undervalues players (with lower potential and low ratings), especially smaller name prospects like these three you mentioned.

As far as my personal potential for those three: Protas - middle 6 forward (3rd line) ; Alexeyev - top 4 potential (more 2nd line defender) ; Leasson - bottom 6 forward (sticking with it).

I personally think they are too low. I would have done:

Protas at Low Top 6
Alexeyev Medium Top 4
Leason at medium top 9

EA really seems to like John Carlson for some reason. 88 or 87 is good

Agreed. 87-88 is a very fair rating for him.

Gotcha. Yeah makes sense - We agree with Alexeyev. Protas for me will be a mid guy (right now only due to his somewhat poor skating ability). Leasson for me is a solid bottom 6 guy but would love be proven wrong!

Protas I think has shown he is at worst a bottom 6 NHL player so I definitely agree w the low top 6 there. Alexeyev and Leason however both have enough pro seasons under their belt that in all likelihood this is what they will be.
