Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Description

Avs get their 2nd line center and Oilers gets their top dman along with getting rid of Barrie's cap. I know this is in favor of the Avs but the Oilers have to get under the cap. Also reminds you of the Hall for Larsson trade but both the players getting traded now are better than those two. Oilers will still have a good top 6 and their top 4 dmen looks better.

Avs then trades 1st, 2nd, Barrie and Compher to Yotes for Fischer to stay under the cap.

As for the third pairing dman, they can sign any remaining FA to a lowball contract or use someone in the minors.

Plus this is good insurance incase someone offers Mac a huge contract LOL...

Than Oilers start looking like Avs, and Avs start looking like Oilers. Oilers would be better after this trade and cap relief. Toews' contract is such a massive value rn; even if EDM re-signs him, its gonna be cheaper than Drai.
