I am really hoping that one of the Hawks young goalies gets some playing time this season. Having said that I am perfectly fine burying Mrazek, so I am okay with the hawks deal.

I am not a Yotes fan so I do not know their system as well as some others but maybe Soderstrom? I know he had some hype when he was drafted but really hasn't panned out yet. I would imagine they would be open to moving one of their RFA forwards. (McBain or Maccelli) I really do not think they would be moving any top prospects though.

I do not think that would move the needle much. Guenther is pretty much untouchable I would think.

That would be something I, as a hawks fan, would be much more comfortable with next year at the draft, if we had a surprisingly good season and were on the bubble for a playoff spot. As it stands however it is just way too early to be buying a starting goalie when we still have some promise in the system with guys like Commesso and Gajan. Ntm we just got an absolute steal with the Tampa pick this year with Oliver Moore!
