Barrie and a third round pick for Soucy should suffice. TB is not a total cap dump. He has lots of value around the NHL.

Not in this market. He's a really good defenceman I agree but who is giving up assets for a D making 4.5 million? He's good but not exceptional.

Max Pacioretty was traded for nothing. Flat cap, values are thrown off. Barrie has more value to Edmonton than he does to any other team.
