    If they could pull off those bridge deals for Newhook and Byram then this would be an enormous success

    I just don’t see OO or Kaut ever contributing to this team at the NHL level. Also sucks to get rid of Frankie who has great value on his deal

    I mean the big take away is the Avs don’t have to move anybody of significance in the 23-24 season so all the trade Girard for peanuts or Toews for crappy packages should stop. They won’t but they should.

    They may be forced to move him if cap gets tight. Byram will also be deserving of more powerplay time and it'll get progressively harder to keep all the Dmen happy with TOI and PP minutes.

    If Byram and Newhook take these bridge deals then it's workable. If not it could get tough to keep Toews. This roster would probably be the ideal scenario.
