Value wise I guess I can see it
But I think you find it hard for DA and Sakic to make a deal rn given it might be the biggest rivalry in hockey rn

COL just traded Jost to MIN. The only team COL has never traded with is DET. Technically, they traded Quincey for a 1st, but TBL was the 3rd team involved

we are? I dont think many avs fans view the Blues as their biggest rivals. Wild are still their most hated team, and Vegas is up there, probably hate them more than the Blues.
I know blues fans dont like the avs bc of all the recent playoff match ups.

The Blues think they're rivals with the avs but the avs don't even think about them. I mean, they don't even have a nickname like the Mild or the Deadthings.
Also I think this is(wait for it), Kostin too much.

I don’t think there is bad blood, avs players don’t openly speak of their hatred of a team like they have like the wild. Kadri was the lightning rod of this, now that he is gone, this bad blood will be extenely relaxed

Oh I get it, 100%. It was a great series to watch, maybe this year the bad blood will be shared more on the avs side, they are destined to meet again

I thought of this prospect swap too but didn't post it as I don't think the Avs would have much interest in it. Kaut is a better skater than Kostin so I'd rather just keep Kaut.
