Gurianov isn’t worth 4M

Wouldn’t take much imagination to see him having a good enough year to pull 4 million. But by all means shut it down before he plays a single reg season game under DeBoer

12 TK for 46 GV isn’t great, I think he would sign for less, or you could find a better player for that price, AJ from NJ is one example, who’s probably better and would cost less than 4M

At most I see him getting a Fabri type of deal, if he doesn’t preform well enough this year to earn that then it only helps my point even more (that we don’t need to worry about the cap/signing Robertson).

Great, then Dallas gets him for cheaper, there’s no problem with that. I just wanted to show that they could afford it and then some.

Also Gurianov is more of an offensive only player, so obviously his defensive stats will probably not be too good. His numbers this year will most likely go up considering a coaching change that will heavily benefit him. How much? We will see, I guess.

He pretty much lived in Bowness’ dog house with very poor usage. DeBoer seems to have a much better handle on offense and how to use players for their strengths. Guri is big, fast, and has an amazing shot. We have some amazing young center talent coming, but he provides things they don’t. It isn’t just usage. He needs to work on how he thinks the game. I could see him turning things around and being a very valuable player. I could also see him being a one trick pony with his shot and his brain not catching up to his talent on his overall game. But that’s why he got the cheap one year deal. So we can find out
