Description

so leafs have a bit an issues with cap. trading kerfoot would hurt the team. trading engvall not so much. yes a good penalty killer but we've got new players to replace his placement.

You could run 12 F and 7 D

Having 12 forwards and 7 defensemen isn't the worst option. the worst option is trading kerfoot because kerfoot is Solid, versatile middle 6 forward.

Or you trade holl and engvall for the extra 4 million in cap.

as of right now our 3rd and 4th lines will more than likely see similar ice time. The Kampf line will get all the Dzone starts. The other line will get the ozone starts. I assume they will get 10-12ish minutes a night each.

Ok well, I had Torontos shutdown line as the third line like always. So it isn’t a big deal. He could play anywhere in the lineup. And as TMLBrain said the only option is the 3rd or 4th line
