Unless that 1st is a lottery pick, which it wouldn't be if they went after Kane, this offer gets beat by other teams as the Hawks are happy to retain half for better assets.

Picking up Seth Jones might be a better play tbh. Swap that first out for something else (Jokiharju? Doubt CHI wants him back though) and we have an actual top 4 RD.
