Description
The defense of my nightmares but oh well. Carlson for Drouin, Callahan moving (if he waives his nmc) allows Bolts to re-sign Carlson and/or other big moves with the cap space. Raddysh is the tax for the cap dump but Bolts also get a good D prospect and a first round pick.

    would love to move Callahan and his contract but not at the price of Drouin and Raddysh

    I don't think Callahan will waive his NMC to any team but Buffalo. So I don't see this trade happening at all.

    But to the trade - a 1 year UFA Carlson for ELC RFA Drouin is a hard no. If the Lightning trade Drouin it will be for a sure thing young defender for many years like Carlson but Carlson could walk after the season, can't take that chance.

    As a Caps fan, I'd say you're pretty far off. You would get a good forward for Carlson alone.
