Don't think you're getting Kane and also keeping all of your top 2-3 prospects and next 2-3 1st's. Like at least one of those things has to be in the deal

Should cost CGY their 2023 1st RD Pick + a 2nd and one of Kylington OR Zary (or Pelletier) but not both + a B Prospect like Mathias Emelio-Pettersen or Martin Pospisil

Hawks imo would want cornato in any Kane trade fits their timeliness and the type of players they want on their team in the future.
