Knies over Hutson AND Farrell is a win in my books as well. Hopefully the Habs don't land Fantilli and turn this back on us haha

Oh ya, both got robbed. What both did, especially Hutson was incredible this year. He is going to make a lot of teams regret not picking him

Whenever I see people nagging on Knies in the Baker conversation I just post the Cartman salt clip as its pretty accurate.

Anyways I really want him to win as the amount of salt generated will give our Oceans a run for their money

Excited to see him in North America. I ragged on that pick a TON when we first made it, but it's growing on me. I haven't seen a ton from Hildeby, but from what I've seen he's got good foundations and a huge frame

Big frame yes but still a questionable pick for me. Very inconsistent numbers and considering the depth they already had, he wouldn’t have been the pick for me. Especially since they had to trade to get back in.

But smarter people than me must see something, very interested to see how he performs in NA

Agreed. I was super excited when I heard Dubas was trading UP for a guy, only for it to be a DY+3 goalie with okay stats. I really wanted Lucius, but alas

It's getting difficult to temper my expectations haha

I feel like Knies and Minten are going to have good chemistry. Both are bulldozers (Knies more so), have great releases, and are smart with the puck

Minten took warmups but it seems something isnt 100% with him. He will be rested tonight but apparently could play tomorrow for game 2
