The problem in Toronto is the compete level. Outside of 4th line fighters they really don't jave anyone that motivates the team. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time

You mean when Simmonds and Clifford are in the lineup? Because nobody else on this leafs team fight, ZAR and NAK hit guys but don't stick up for teammates or fight.

It's not but if you don't have guys sticking up for the stars, they get bullied in the playoffs and that's part of the reason for the early exits. Name a team in the past 5 years that hasn't had at least 2 guys that would have in a second dropped the gloves to protect a teammate.
