So basically Muk for Garland. I'd like to know why @DevsFan25 and @NHLfan10506 are saying no, Muk's gonna have a real tough time cracking the lineup

Mukhamadullin is under contract with Ufa for this year. At earliest, could arrive at end of KHL season for cup of coffee this year. Likely plays a season in AHL next year. So no expectations to make lineup until 2024-25 at earliest (who knows what our blue line looks like by then?). He is a very high-ceiling project, who was probably overdrafted, but whose stock has only risen since. He is not really an option for near-term.

I don’t think Garland fills a need for us. Nor Pearson.

Garland could take Tatar spot, but I’m not sure what we do with Pearson and Dermott. That’s $10 million towards guys we could find elsewhere for cheaper.

I don't think Pearson is actually a part of the trade. Description says anywhere

I think NHLfan meant to decline both trades with "no x2", not to make a train of back and forth yeses and nos (though that'd be funnier).
