Too many elite centers on this squad. I really wouldnt want to play Tage, Bedard or Savoie on the wing

Savoie isn’t likely to come in & knock Skinner down to the 4th line right away- maybe as the year goes on…..

Getting Bedard is about as far fetched as it goes,
but if we did get lucky- holy crap would we be in great shape.
He really could be what would attract a good UFA to come in & partner with Power

Goaltending still a huge question mark,
      but I’m hopeful with UPL
Would love him to play so well that we can’t send him back down
But even if he doesn’t, we’d have plenty of pieces to move for a goalie

      All that said….
take Bedard off this team & we look very questionable (again)

I think Savoie will be in Buffalo next season as 3C. He is a great two-way player, already good in defense, forecheck and faceoffs. Due to the rules of the CHL, he will not be able to play in the AHL and there is no point in sending him back to the WHL.

Krebs is not impressive at all, almost no points, a lot of mistakes, afraid to shoot. It makes no sense to keep him in the fourth line without giving time to at PP. Krebs - Mitts - Olofsson line looks bad. I'm not sure there will be a place for the Krebs in Buffalo. I want him to succeed, but then already now we need to give him the role of 1C in Rochester, a lot of ice time and PP1. Kulich and Rosen are already having a decent season and maybe next season one or both of them will play at least part of the games in Buffalo.

I don't really like Dumba option, I would rather Zub, Mayfield or Clifton, maybe even Jensen for 2 years than Dumba to play with Power.

Skinner on fourth line zero sense.

I agree, couldnt figure out where to put skinner as hes impossible to get rid of. Power plays better with d who are not your prototypical "stay at home" guys. He uses his partner and creates off of them. As for krebs, he is having a tough season yes but he is only 21 and his most common line mates this year have been mitts and olofsson and okie and girg. Not necessarily setting him up for success or using his strengths. I wouldnt mind seeing him get some time with tage and tuch

I think savoie alongside bedard would be an absolute nightmare to defend with that speed.

They'll have to put up with Skinner Thompson and Tuch. Or put him in the third line with some center that is good in defense, maybe even Savoie will be this guy. Skinner was good in Carolina when Victor Rask was his center.

Krebs needs PP time and time in the top 6 or at least the role of 3C, but not with Olofsson and Mitts, it makes little sense.

Well, I would still like to see a more defensive partner with Power, Owen makes a lot of mistakes in defense and sometimes forgets about it, it is clear that he is very young and this is his first season, but still. Moreover, Dumba will not get PP time.
