Rest in peace to the greatest Leaf to ever lace them up. Salming was a trailblazer and set the stage for future European talent coming over to the NHL. His impact within the Leafs organization and the league itself will never be forgotten.

Gutted.
Two weeks ago I had tears streaming down my face watching his tribute before the Leafs game.
This just feels too soon... too much after that emotional night.
I feel a genuine need to go see his statue on Legends Row right now.
