Do you think if the Isles are out of the race come deadline that Beauvillier could be traded? Just noticed that his ice time and production are kind of down and thought he could be a decent target for the Leafs, if available.

If the isles are out of it, it’s definitely possible. More likely I think the isles are in a WC spot and Lou tries to use him in a trade for someone else.

Beauvillier had 2-3 years of high end 2nd line value (19-21) . Strong analytics and 5v5 goal scoring as a 2nd line left wing. The problem is they switched him to RW and for whatever reason he lacks confidence playing on that side. He’s been replacement level since they did that. I think a change of scenery would be good for him

Replacing Hakanpaa with De Haan doesn't make a ton of sense. Also Stankoven should make the team after his training camp (he was the last cut) and current play in the WHL, so you can slot him in the lineup instead of signing Lewis. Would like to see the Suter buyout though
