Hardly cap compliant, as Jarnkrok isn't on LTIR for ever. But even if cap compliant, I don't know if the Leafs should do the trade. His 5.5m cap hit means Bunting can't be signed next year, and by this post the Leafs lose Knies and the 1st too.

This would be crippling for 2024-25. Never mind that Knies AND a 1st is a massive overpay. No chance
