I wouldn't move Coghlan for TvR straight up. He's the best 3RD option here. He's scoring at 2 points per game when he's actually played on his natural side.

Oh I agree and I think Coghlan should be in Norris conversation but sadly Rod hates him for some reason. He deserves his real shot

Honestly, I do not get it. Chatfield has been... fine. He's had ups, he's had downs. He's a good 3RD or a perfect 7th D. But Coghlan could genuinely develop into a true Top 4 RD. It just bugs me. Rod makes so many decisions that I just find wrong.

I have no clue what's up with the miniscule use of Coghlan, but I do find it difficult to question Rod considering the tear his team has been on recently, especially when you consider that Max and Kase, two of their off-season acquisitions have played a total of 1 game, their starting goaltender has been out forever, and both Aho and Teuvo have missed a good handful of games so far.
