As a Caps fan I would love to have him, always been a big fan. As for the other maybe a 3rd or a prospect that NHL ready but don't have room for like a Snively or Pilon.

Philadelphia or Vancouver seem to love players with attitude issues, I'd also say San Jose, but he's already there.
