Who knew Allvin was as smart as he was?

We aren't giving him enough credit for the tank job he's actually pulling off despite an owner who wants to compete. Signing JT Miller to please an owner and tank team morale, piss off your team captain into scoring 50+ goals (increasing his trade value) all the while sending the young guns down and playing the likes of Dries, Pederson, Studnicka, Stillman and Lockwood.

Man is secretly tanking and it's showing more and more now that the team has worn itself out trying to score 5+ goals a night while giving up 20+ high danger chances regularly.

Demko has also quietly disappeared to hibernate and avoid unnecessary wear and tear.

And look how terrible this roster will be when Bo is moved. Not to mention Schenn and the likes of Garland/Boeser as well.

Throw in riding out the lame duck coach on top of all things.
