Y’all can still keep Quinn Hughes. That Nemec ELC cap hit will be way more valuable when looking to compete and improve on areas that actually need improvement (which is not our defense)

Isles pass - I've said it before, that 7x$8M extension is going to age very poorly. I'd rather walk away from Bailey next summer and keep the 2nd rounder than have Miller at $8M for -six- more seasons at that point.

Seattle's deepest position group is at forward, there's no need for them to give up their 2023 1st and 3rd round picks for another one in Kuzmenko (who's also a rental, to boot). It wouldn't be smart asset management.
