Hm interesting I must have missed that. Even though I would prefer not to move Severson, I’d probably do it since he wouldnt be re-signing anyway if Debrincat is here. But NJ would need to know they have Debrincat locked up so both players would likely have to agree to extensions. Honestly dont see Severson signing long term in Ottawa.

I rather have Brady Tkachuk because DeBrincat is another small player with skill the only time I would put another one of those players with Hughes would be if it was Caufield. Hughes needs a big strong forward to be on his line

I know that what I was saying is DeBrincat is not the right guy and a player LIKE Brady Tkachuk would be better
