Caps pass. If they move Eller out it would be to make space to activate Carlson. They don't really need more bottom 6 wingers. And if Byron is LTIRD anyways why are the Caps sending the 3rd? It would be the other way around.

But they can just do that by trading Eller away for a 3rd. No reason for them to send a 3rd.

Yeah they could lol Many contending teams wouldn't mind sending a 3rd for a good 3C that is a UFA this summer. Reports are LA is interetsted.
