Hawks can even retain 2M on McCabe then maybe you don't have to pay Anaheim to retain 2.6M on Kane. But it will cost you Brisson instead of Cormier and Dean.

Chicago passes. Cormier offers no value to the Hawks given a logjam of LHD prospects and young players. Need another prospect to add to the 1st for Kane. McCabe for Dean makes sense. Martinez is a dump.
