I believe Perron is a sleeper trade option that never comes up, with over 100+ games of playoff experience as a plus player he is exactly what the Leafs need at 2LW

Although Yzerman would probably prefer a prospect at this point, Detroit would probably take that. I think Perron would waive for the Leafs too. He's mellowed a bit since coming to Detroit, but it would give the Leafs some much needed starch in the Top 6. Poor little Bunts...he tries so hard to be physical, you've gotta respect him.
