Maybe not opening night, but in season lines.

Line one- your all stars (ppg players hopefully)

Line two- our kids kept in tact 😀

Line 3- speed with a hint of jam (crash the net guys-Othmann is very necessary to be a RW. I think he’s done it and ok with it)

Line 4- grinding banging work ethic line

Looking for advice on my RFA numbers, am I close? That’s crucial to all of this lol

Thoughts? Mostly on the Kane idea. My opinion is he’s the best chance to resign as a rental this year. Anyone else seems like a long shot and I hate giving up futures for a short term result. The surgery could work out anyway where he’s fresher for the second SC run. The price traded for Kane are what I’d expect to go for any rental they acquire. Krav and Jones, for different reasons, need new organizations to develop in. They won’t be missed in the sense of it doesn’t really hurt the now product. Maybe it will bite them but not something I’d be to upset about

NYR

PATRICK KANE would be a Ranger at the TDL. In order to make this trade, NYR have agreed to sign Kane with the knowledge that he’ll get his hip surgery on the rangers watch. But in return we get Kane for 3 years at a reduced rate of 3 mill. Maybe streeeeetch it to 4 mill, but we’ll see. I’m ok trading a few pieces for him, so long as I get him at this reduced rate. If not then we’re not interested

Kane and Panarin finish out their careers in NYC, on Broadway w/the bright lights shining to hopefully a Stanley Cup 😀they’ll have 4 cracks at it together. I like this idea with Kane.

Also, Goodrow needs to be bought out, or traded, to facilitate this happening. They simply need his alotted 4ish million spent elsewhere. And tbh, Goodrow will probably have served his purpose as to why was signed by then, kind of like a more expensive Ryan Reaves.. Help the kids as playoff experience and jam, etc and we’ve already done that. He’ll more or less be in the way at that point anyway

Love the first 3 lines. Nice work. But I'd likely upgrade at backup goalie. 🤭

Would Kane really take 3 mil? Taxis are expensive in Manhattan.

I think so. The bread connection is what would sell it obviously. I mean the guy just made 80 million bucks ffs 😂like I said depending on the RFA numbers, that would be the difference in salary. Give it take a few 100k ya know. Upmost importance is getting LaF Chytil and Miller signed. That trumps anything else

BU goalie I think could be Garand. Trying to pinch pennies ther tho😬

Yea it’s coming around.

People rail on them, but for some reason no one realizes this GIGANTIC FACTOR😂..all 3 of them have a combined MAYBE 20 power play points in their careers. They don’t get PP one time because we have good/great players ahead of them. Stutzle for example, runs their god damn PP lol. Use your frickin heads

Definitely think Kane and is agent would want an extension worked out as part of the trade. Don't think 3M is enough. He probably wants north of 5M. I get the concern about his long term health.

With that said the framework of the deal is there. Not crazy about Jones since the Hawks have a full pipeline of LHD. Kravtsov, meh. Maybe Drury and Davidson could settle on different prospects or another pick.

I’d consider Cuylle. Reluctantly tho lol. But I’d neeed all those agreements in place first. Maybe 4 mil max for 3 years
