If the salary cap goes up 1 million heres my take.

JP is either brought in off waivers or isnt given a qualifying offer. Comes to Carolina to I hope improve. Feel a contract him minus a qualifying offer could be in the 1.5 to 2.5 range with his defensive skills. So I went mid range.

Massive trades for Meier and Henrique. Let me know what you think whether to high or to low. Kinda kept the Meier trade similiar to my last proposal as I didnt hear anything negative. Higher cap hit in hopes that it continues to rise to the next season where a lot of decisions need to be made.

The Vegas trade, what can I say. I like Hague, I see them in a cap crunch again next year so I targeted him. Figured a young prospect, mid round pick and a veteran AHL defenceman who could play NHL minutes would be enticing given a cap crunch. Maybe they would look to trade another defenceman.
Bringing in Varlamov to help PK. His numbers this season look decent, although I havent watched him play. Contract probably is to little though honestly. Just tried to make it all fit with a little to spare.
