Description

There is no need for Dubas to make a Hail Mary trade involving a 1st round pick, Knies, or any of the top prospects in the pipeline. All Dubas needs to do is get this team in field goal range and give the players a chance to defeat Tampa in the first round. That means adding around the edges of the line up, beefing up the bottom six and adding a rugged defenceman who will replace Muzzin's role in the lineup.

Nucks trade is bad for the leafs, though I do like Hoglander

it will probably cost a better prospect than McMann tbh, he has pretty much zero trade value outside of meeting contract limits
